Return & Refund Policy

At Narbada Ayurveda (A Partnership Firm), customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order or have received a damaged item, we are here to support you with an easy return and refund process.

Return Eligibility

• Return requests are accepted within 7 days of order delivery.
• Items must be completely unused, unsealed, and in their original condition.
• Original brand packaging and tax invoice must be preserved for return verification.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene, safety, and health regulations, the following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or unsealed food powders, herbs, or seed packs.
• Products damaged or altered due to improper customer storage or handling.
• Customized or special bulk blend requests.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received at our facility and successfully inspected by our quality assurance team, refunds are initiated within 5 to 7 business days back to your original payment method.
